Curriculum Vitae

History

Linda has lived and worked in England, Scotland, Wales (where her son Jake was born), New York, Boston, Switzerland and Cyprus.

In 1997 she moved to Burnlaw in Northumberland’s North Pennine hills where she built her studio and where her return to painting full-time laid the foundation for her current work.  Having gathered significant local interest in her way of working she has taught abstract and figurative painting through Newcastle University – Centre for Lifelong Learning – and Newcastle College.

She now teaches privately at Burnlaw Centre and in Hexham.
