Linda Kent’s abstract paintings create an immediate, uplifting visual impact. They celebrate the sheer physicality of paint, intense colours and movement of forms – immersing the viewer in the dynamics of these elements.

The work has developed nationally and internationally, and is sold privately and through galleries. She accepts commissions from architects and curators for working environments, corporate buildings and public spaces. Many of her paintings have been placed in new builds throughout the North East including the Open University, Hexham General Hospital and Siemens headquarters.
